Governance Structure

  • RHP Executive Committee – CEOs of RHP participants from Public hospitals, Private hospitals, Rural hospitals, School of Medicine and MHMR.
    • Final approval/ review of key initiatives
  • RHP Rules and Regulations Committee – Executive committee member and volunteers from RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine and MHMR.
    • Will keep up to date with the State’s published rules and regulations in relation to the 1115 Waiver and verify that our RHP plan conforms to all.
  • RHP Needs Assessment Committee – Executive committee member and volunteers from RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine and MHMR.
    • Collect community needs data from all participating stakeholders and get feedback from the public on regional needs. This committee will produce the Needs Assessment portion of the RHP Plan.
  • RHP Finance Committee – Executive committee member, finance officers and other volunteers of RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine and MHMR.
    • Outline the regions total maximum UC, total maximum DSRIP by category, estimation of available state match (IGT), and State Match (IGT) needed for maximum UC and DSRIP payments for each year of the waiver. This committee will develop project valuation procedures that will be uniformly applied to all RHP projects.
  • Behavioral Health – Executive committee member, CEOs of regional MHMR and other volunteers from RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine, and MHMR.
    • Lead the behavioral health stakeholders in development of their DSRIP projects, milestones, metrics and valuation.
  • Regional DSRIP Projects – Executive committee member and volunteers from RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine, and MHMR.
    • Identify REGIONAL projects, milestones and metrics that align with our regional community needs assessment.
  • Rural Workgroups – Executive committee member, CEOs of Rural RHP participants and other volunteers from RHP participant Hospitals, School of Medicine, and MHMR.
    • Clusters of rural counties that will work together to develop their DSRIP projects, milestones, metrics, and valuation.
